Oh Yes, it is true. This slacking momma is now posting her birthday boy's blog finally. I know I say it and say it, but where in the heck did the last year go? My itty bitty 6lb baby is one year's old and weighing in at 17lbs and 14oz. He also is measuring 30 inches long. Juda has all 8 teeth and molars coming in on the top and one is just about to peak through the bottom. He's decided that he is not ready to walk fully yet but is taking more and more steps each day. His hair is finally starting to come in. Compared to other babies he is still a baldy though.

Juda had a great 1st birthday. Leif and I also made it a point to have all our christmas decorations out of the house. I want Juda to always feel that his birthday is just as special as Christmas. For Juda's actual birthday, we had a pizza party at Pizza Hut with family and friends. We had two special guest come and celebrate with Juda.
Grandma Suzi flew in from Indiana to celebrate with Juda and Auntie Chelsea was still here from South Korea so she also got to spend Juda's special day with him. Juda was a dainty eater for his birthday cake. It wasn't until mom smooshed his hand into it and tore a piece off did he decide to eat it. Juda got lots of new toys and cute outfits. So with Christmas 4 days prior, you could say our tiny house is that much more filled. We look forward to this next year to continue to watch Juda grow to the Big Kid he will be. FYI, this doesn't mean we are ready for another one yet. Hope all is well with everyone who reads this.
