Feed this Hungry Baby

Exciting news. Juda has graduated and we have started solids. Cereal for right now and next week we will introduce something new along with the cereal. He really is getting the hang of it. We had our 4 month check up on Monday and the Dr told us there was no rush because he was breastfed solely. However, he has been mimicking us and has been very curious for sometime so Leif and I decided he was ready to move on to the next stage. Juda is also holding his own bottle. What a Big Boy!

Juda is growing but continues to be on the skinny side of the chart. He is now 13.7lbs and 26 inches long. It's crazy because he almost fits into 6 month PJ if they have feet but still is wearing 0-3 months pants with no feet.

Juda is a playing boy. He loves his new bounce seat,thanks to Lyndsey and Gary. Last week we had a play date with our friend Mikah. Mikah is about 4 months older. Being with him made me realize that I still have a little guy. Especially since he doesn't even roll over. He is close though. I think if there was a special enough toy he may do it. Motivation. Maybe even the dog. He is loving Pyper.


I got to say we spent a lovely 1st Mother's Day together. My wish was to have a nice and relaxing day and that is what we had. The weather was Beautiful too. However, the rain moved in the next day. We are expecting nice weather for the rest of the week and weekend so our plan is to get some Vitamin D. SUNSHINE is what we all need.
